We obtain the Personal Data directly from you (such as through Ferring websites, apps, forms, emails, agreements or if you call us directly) or indirectly through Ferring’s activities such as conferences, seminars or programs organised by Ferring, publicly available sources, and third parties. • To process and assess reported cases for potential misconduct and/or violation of the Ferring Philosophy as well as other applicable Policies and Standard Operating Procedures;

• To process applications for current vacancies and/or accept unsolicited job applications;
• Any other legitimate business purposes such as data analysis, audit, improving services and expanding our business activities.

Legal Basis

• we need to perform contractual obligations towards you or take pre-contractual steps at your request;
